Weekend Perusing: You’ve Got To Be Kidding!

In the Photoblogosphere

Head over to “Scott’s Photo Blog” to get his scoop on the Micro Four Thirds system. I’ve been on the fence about it myself and he brings up some really good points.

Yesterday I asked you if you ever rented camera gear and what was your experience and you guys really came through. Because I had been under the weather I hadn’t been keeping up with my feeds as I normally would so I totally missed “Hey Girl, Nice Shot’s” experience with this same problem. Read about why she rented a Canon 5D and where she rented it from. Coincidence? I think not.

Head over to “Mostly Lisa” for a great rundown of How to Shoot a Panoramic. She’s certainly one of my favorite photographers to err, keep an eye on (yeah, I went there).

A big congratulations to Neil Creek as he just had an image published in Discover Magazine. Great job buddy.

“SDuffyPhotography” has a list of all of the photography blogs in his reader. He may have left one out so you should definitely head over there and let him know!

You’ve got to read this You’ve got to be kidding: Comparison of Canon G10 and Hasselblad H2 over at Luminous Landscape. Thanks to Digital Photography Tips and Techniques for the heads up on this one.

For your iPod

PhotoNetCast has a great podcast out on buying your first DSLR. So if you’re still on the fence I suggest having a listen to this one. You may just get inspired to take the plunge.
